Replace this markup with your portal's actual UI in portals/it/index.html.
Edit portals/it/manifest.json to add default_tiles, allowed_skills, role_gate.allowed_roles, and an agent_slug if this portal hosts an LLM agent.
Add a portal-specific skill at portals/it/skill.js for backend logic. Register it in core/skills/manifest.json + core/services/agentic-loop.js TOOL_REGISTRY if agents should call it.
Start the brain (or restart it if running). The registry will pick up this manifest at boot.
